You may terminate service from Verizon Wireless for any reason within 14 days of activation without incurring an early termination fee.  You will be responsible for all applicable fees, prorated access charges, taxes or other charges that accrued to your account through the termination date and equipment return date.

Returns
If I cancel the above wireless phone number, for any reason, within the "service contract length" stated above I am subject to an "Early Termination Fee" of $175.00 for a Standard Device and $350.00 for an Advanced Device by Verizon Wireless. Early Termination Fees are reduced $5/month for Standard Devices and $10/month for Advanced Devices for each month of service.

Phone service can be cancelled and equipment returned or exchanged as long as; (a) it is within (14) days from the original date of purchase; (b) equipment must be in like-new condition; (c) equipment returned in original box with UPC code attached. Equipment includes the phone, battery, charger, manual and other supportive material, along with any accessories. All items must be returned in good working condition. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a $50 Restocking Fee for a missing item, or for items that we determine are damaged or require service. Within the above time frame the phone can be returned or exchanged for a different model at the current phone prices. If you return and we accept your merchandise within the 14-day return period, we will refund your merchandise purchase price. Cellular Communications will charge a $50 Restocking Fee for exchanges not based on the performance of the phone (ex. exchange for a different color or model). Customers are allowed (1) exchange within 14 days of the original date of purchase for reasons other than a manufacturer defect.

If you purchased an Apple iPhone or iPad, all sales are final and returns will not be accepted. If you experience any technical issues with your Apple product after the sale you will need to call Apple iPhone Support at 1-800-MY-PHONE (1-800-694-7466). Purchases made by cash will be refunded by a check issued from our corporate office within (30) business days. Credit card refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. If you paid a deposit to Verizon Wireless in order to activate your line of service and you cancel your service within (14) days from the date of activation, the deposit paid will be refunded to you by Verizon Wireless within 60 – 90 days.
